Job Description:

As part of its activities in Abu Dhabi, Patriarche is looking for a Project Manager responsible for ensuring the overall management of projects in coordination with all stakeholders involved in design and execution.

You will be responsible for transforming architectural concepts into concrete achievements, ensuring compliance with costs, quality, and deadlines. Your on-site presence will ensure operational follow-up and smooth communication between the various project stakeholders.

You will hold a dual strategic and operational role, contributing both to project management and, if necessary, supporting the local construction management team with on-site involvement to ensure smooth operations.

Your missions will include:

  1. Project management: Ensuring transversal management with a 360-degree vision from project definition to implementation.

  2. Interdisciplinary coordination: Facilitating communication and synchronization between teams of architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.

  3. Financial and contractual management: Ensuring budgetary and contractual commitments are met in collaboration with clients and service providers.

  4. Technical supervision and work monitoring: Proactively anticipating and resolving technical issues on-site.

  5. Risk management and decision-making: Identifying critical points and proposing appropriate solutions to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.

  6. Project interface: Acting as the central contact point between all stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and quick decision-making.

Qualifications:

Candidate Profile:

  • Engineering degree or equivalent in construction, civil engineering, project management, or engineering.

  • Proven experience in project management.

  • Ability to structure and deliver a project while respecting economic and operational constraints.

  • Knowledge of international standards and methods (RIBA, PMI, etc.) or a willingness to learn quickly.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Fluency in professional English, both written and spoken. French is a plus.
