Job Purpose
Plan, coordinate, and supervise infrastructure projects across BNPP Site to support the strategic objectives of ENEC Operations. The role ensures all technical aspects are executed with utmost attention to safety, regulatory compliance, and security protocols, working with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver projects that meet all applicable local standards.
Key Activities, Responsibility & Accountability
- Operate as the primary contact for all installation, commissioning and turn-over planning activities executed by the Site Projects’ Department and for all installation planning coordination with Sub-contractors to ensure alignment.
- Review all civil, structure and architectural design packages for compliance to codes, standards, specifications and project scope.
- Lead or participate in all cross-discipline, constructability and operability review meetings related to assigned projects to share and receive relevant information.
- Review and approve vendor materials submittals.
- Monitor contractor design performance to schedule milestones.

Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, quality records, meeting minutes, correspondence, etc.
- Track contractor and vendor documentation deliverables, reviews, approvals vs the project schedule to ensure on time delivery of the projects.
Assess construction and installation issues and provide technical recommendations and resolutions.
- Issue Engineering Field Instructions and provide technical responses for Requests for Information, Non-Conformances, etc.
- Provide engineering support in the field, representing the technical project requirements to the construction forces, answering inquiries.
- Review and approve contractor work packages (method statements, procedures, risk analysis, qualifications, safety precautions) for civil, structural and architectural works.
- Review inspection and test plans to ensure appropriate quality control measures are in place; select witness and hold points for civil, structural and architectural disciplines.
- Attend witness and hold point to perform quality surveillance of the contractor’s Quality Control Program.
- Attend material inspections and identify any non-compliances, damage, and CFSI materials.
- Provide direction to contractor regarding installation priorities, safety and quality to ensure standards are followed.
- Liaise between the contractors and ENEC Operations stakeholders to address and coordinate issues.
- Verify contractor progress claims vs. actual field conditions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
Experience
Min 5 years of relevant experience.
