Job summary

Brainstorm Human Resources Consultants in Dubai seeks an experienced Façade Project Manager to lead projects from planning to handover, coordinating site execution, fabrication, procurement and installation.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil/Mechanical Engineering degree with 8–12 years of façade project experience and strong knowledge of curtain wall, glazing, aluminium systems, ACP and cladding, plus proven UAE project experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering.
• 8–12 years of façade project experience.
• Strong knowledge of curtain wall, glazing, aluminium systems, ACP, and cladding.
• Excellent coordination and project management skills.
• UAE experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage façade projects from planning to handover.
• Coordinate site execution, fabrication, procurement, and installation.
• Review shop drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and timely delivery.
• Resolve technical and site-related issues.
