Project Engineer / PM Required.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Working closely with project leads to help turn big ideas into actionable plans—scheduling, resource planning, and keeping everyone in sync.
- Taking charge of daily project operations, making sure everything runs smoothly and any issues are spotted early.
- Reviewing team and equipment needs to make sure project goals are met efficiently.
- Keeping a close eye on budgets and timelines, and providing regular updates to project leadership.
- Helping guide projects from the initial kickoff all the way to successful completion, flagging any major risks along the way.
- Solving problems as they arise, documenting progress, and supporting future project planning.
- Leading by example when it comes to safety, quality, and client service.
- Overseeing the installation and testing of equipment, ensuring all steps are properly signed off and recorded.
- Preparing clear reports on project status, risks, and achievements.
- Supporting and motivating team members to keep everyone focused and accountable.
About You
- You’ve earned a degree in Engineering or a related field.
- You bring at least 2–3 years of hands‑on experience working with electrical or electronic systems—bonus points if you’ve worked with security or technical equipment.
- You’re comfortable with digital tools (MS Project or similar) and eager to keep learning.
- Project management certifications (like PMP) are a plus, but not required.
- You’re a strong communicator, able to work with people from all backgrounds and keep everyone on the same page.
- You thrive in a fast‑paced, delivery‑focused environment and can juggle multiple priorities at once.
- You’re proactive, safety‑conscious, and always looking for ways to help the team succeed.
