• Generate weekly and monthly progress reports including variance analyses and forecasting summaries.
• Ensure all reports comply with Client standards and contractual obligations.

To lead the development and delivery of integrated Department reports and dashboards that support strategic decision-making ensure transparency and maintain alignment with Client reporting standards and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Dashboarding

• Develop and maintain project dashboards usingExcelPower BI andAI-assisted toolsfor enhanced visualization and automation.
• Consolidate data fromdifferent stakeholders to produce integrated and actionable reports.
• Generateweekly and monthly progress reports includingvariance analysesandforecasting summaries.

• Collaborate with Planning & Governance Team to ensure reported progress aligns withbaseline schedules.
• Monitor Resource Planning and performroot cause analysisfor deviations.

• Ensure all reports comply withClient standardsandcontractual obligations.
• Maintain a structured repository ofhistorical reportschange logs andaudit trails.

• Present findings toproject managerssenior leadership andexternal stakeholders.
• Supportproject reviewsaudits andStakeholder meetingswith tailored reporting packages.

Qualifications & Skills

Education
