Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management or related discipline.
• Extensive experience in project reporting, planning, or controls in Oil & Gas sector.
• Experience with reporting for large-scale capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project dashboards using Excel, Power BI and AI-assisted tools.
• Consolidate data from different stakeholders to produce integrated reports.
• Generate weekly and monthly progress reports with variance analyses and forecasting.
• Present findings to project managers, senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Support project reviews and audits with tailored reporting packages.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Dashboarding

• Develop and maintain project dashboards usingExcelPower BI andAI-assisted toolsfor enhanced visualization and automation.
• Consolidate data fromdifferent stakeholders to produce integrated and actionable reports.
• Generateweekly and monthly progress reports includingvariance analysesandforecasting summaries.

• Collaborate with Planning & Governance Team to ensure reported progress aligns withbaseline schedules.

• Maintain a structured repository ofhistorical reportschange logs andaudit trails.
