Job summary

Flip retail in the UAE is seeking a seasoned MEP Project Manager for a Dubai-based assignment, overseeing large resort and skyscraper MEP works. You will be accountable for the preparation, execution, completion and handover of projects, ensuring progress within approved budgets while upholding quality and safety.

Candidates must have 20+ years in MEP construction in GCC/UAE and at least 10 years as MEP Project Supervisor, with a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical design and a PM

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of experience in MEP construction and engineering in GCC/UAE.
• At least 10 years of experience as MEP Project Supervisor in UAE.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Design.
• Project Management qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple MEP projects from planning to handover.
• Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, quality, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and consultants.
