Job summary

Freesia Electromechanical Works Contracting in Dubai seeks a Project Engineer – Civil for DEWA approved substation projects. The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and 7–10 years of relevant experience.

You will lead civil works, including foundations, buildings, trenches, routes, and drainage, coordinating with consultants, clients, and site teams while upholding QA/QC and HSE standards. Immediate joiners preferred for this critical infrastructure portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is required.
• DEWA approved as Civil Engineer.
• 7–10 years of experience in civil substation/DEWA projects.
• Strong knowledge of drawings, specifications, QA/QC and HSE.
• Immediate joiners or short-notice candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors and site teams.
• Oversee substation civil works, foundations, buildings, trenches and routes.
• Ensure QA/QC, HSE compliance and project drawings are followed.
• Assist in coordination and supervision on DEWA substation projects.
