Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Project Secretary in Ras al-Khaimah, UAE. Qualifications

  • 3–5 years’ experience in an administrative/secretarial role in construction, engineering, or real estate development in the UAE.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external project meetings.
  • Draft routine correspondence and reports.
  • Provide diary management and scheduling support.
  • Ensure project documentation complies with governance procedures.
