🌟 We Are Hiring – Project Director (Interior Fit-Out)

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Director to lead multiple interior fit‑out projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are executed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards — while providing strategic leadership, guiding project teams, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

• Define and implement overall project execution strategies for fit‑out projects.
• Provide direction to Project Managers, Engineers, and Site Teams.
• Align project delivery with company goals and profitability targets.
• Oversee tendering, contract negotiations, and project start‑up activities.

2. Project Planning & Execution

• Approve project programmes, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Monitor progress, identify delays or risks, and apply corrective actions.
• Ensure coordination among design, procurement, production, and site teams.
• Lead project review meetings with internal teams and stakeholders.

3. Client & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Manage variations and ensure timely documentation and approvals.

4. Financial Control

• Oversee project budgets, cost control, and cash flow.
• Approve subcontractor agreements and payment certificates.
• Ensure projects achieve targeted profit margins.

5. Quality & Safety

• Enforce compliance with company quality and safety standards.
• Review QA/QC and safety reports for all ongoing projects.
• Promote a culture of excellence and accountability across teams.

6. Team Development & Performance

• Mentor and guide Project Managers, Engineers, and Supervisors.
• Define clear objectives and monitor performance.
• Ensure effective manpower planning and team development.

7. Reporting & Coordination

• Provide regular updates to senior management.
• Coordinate cross‑departmental activities and ensure smooth project handover.

Reporting Structure

Reports to: Managing Director

Supervises: Project Managers, Planning Engineers, QS, Site Engineers, MEP Coordinators, and Supervisors
