Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with departments to complete the operational plan and estimated budget.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for project-related communication.
  • Prepare reports on activities and projects according to the reporting system.
  • Manage the project calendar and monitor deadlines.
  • Ensure effective work procedures and follow up on improvement opportunities.
  • Follow up on the preparation of books issued by the office.
  • Manage weekly and daily work schedules, estimating time for projects.
  • Organize coordination meetings with stakeholders.
  • Manage communications and deliverables from stakeholders.

Preferred scientific qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or its equivalent.
Responsibilities
  • Coordination with the departments of the Office to complete and deliver the operational plan and the estimated budget of activities on time.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for project-related communication, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Continue to receive reports prepared from departments and prepare reports on activities and projects in accordance with the reporting system adopted by the Office.
  • Manage the project calendar and proactively monitor deadlines to ensure the project remains on schedule.
  • Ensure that the work procedures of the departments of the Office are conducted in an effective manner and follow up on the improvement opportunities for all feedback reports.
  • Follow-up the preparation of books issued by the office to internal and external entities in due course.
  • Follow up on weekly and daily work schedules, estimate the time required to complete the various projects, follow up on the implementation according to schedule and inform the direct administrator of any delay.
  • Organizing coordination meetings with stakeholders inside and outside the department
  • Manage communications and deliverables from all stakeholders for project
