PROJECT COORDINATOR - (REAL ESTATE/CONSTRUCTION)

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of construction and real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the construction or real estate sector and strong familiarity with project collaboration and documentation tools such as Oracle Primavera Unifier and Aconex.

You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and document control teams to ensure smooth coordination, proper documentation, and timely execution of project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist project managers in coordinating project activities, schedules, and communications.
  • Maintain and track project documentation, drawings, and correspondence using tools such as Aconex and Oracle Primavera Unifier.
  • Collaborate with document control teams to ensure all documents are correctly filed, version‑controlled, and accessible to stakeholders.
  • Prepare and update project progress reports, meeting minutes, and status dashboards.
  • Support procurement and contract administration by tracking approvals and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely flow of information.
  • Assist in monitoring project milestones, deadlines, and compliance with company procedures and project standards.
  • Identify and elevate project risks or delays to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination within the construction or real estate sector.
  • Hands‑on experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier, Aconex, or similar project/document management tools.
  • Strong understanding of project documentation workflows and quality control standards.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
