You will support educational and community programmes, coordinating with partners and stakeholders to deliver high-profile cultural initiatives on the ground.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Arts, Education, Cultural Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of leadership in arts education, cultural management, or community engagement.
• Proven track record implementing strategic plans with measurable outcomes.
• Strong financial and operational management experience.

Responsibilities

• Programme & Event support from planning to execution of educational and community programmes.
• Coordinate with external partners, program participants, and community stakeholders.
• Manage departmental databases, participant trackers, and master contact lists.
• Support outreach and promotion of educational initiatives, community programmes, and talent awards.
• Provide general operational and administrative support as required by the Department Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Programme & Event Support – Assist in the end-to-end preparation, coordination, and implementation of educational and community programmes.
• Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement – Facilitate seamless communication and coordination with external partners, program participants, and community stakeholders.
• Data Management & Reporting – Maintain, update, and organize departmental databases, participant trackers, and master contact lists.
• Outreach & Promotion – Support the marketing and promotion of upcoming educational initiatives, community programmes, and talent awards.
• General Support – Undertake additional related operational and administrative tasks as assigned by the Department Manager to support fluctuating team needs.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, or administrative operations, ideally within a cultural foundation, educational institution, non-profit, or creative agency.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Arts Management, Education, Communications, or a related field.
• Availability: Immediate availability is highly preferred due to the urgent, temporary nature of the contract.
