A leading Dubai-based developer is seeking a Project Control Manager to oversee project controls including planning, scheduling, and cost management. The ideal candidate will have 15 years of experience in project controls, with at least 5 years in a consulting firm and a strong background in high-rise residential projects in the UAE. Knowledge of FIDIC and local construction regulations is essential.

With some of our exciting launches such as Burj Azizi (the second tallest tower in the world) Monaco Mansions and Azizi Venice - Dubais new luxurious Venetian-Inspired Waterfront community we are rapidly expanding our onsite Supervision team based at (Dubai).

As a Project Control Manager you will be reporting to Head of Supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project controls including planning scheduling cost control risk management and reporting activities.

• Develop and maintain project master schedules baselines and progress measurement systems.

• Monitor project budgets and cash flows; evaluate and report on project performance indicators (CPI SPI etc.).

• Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders regarding project status risks and variances.

• Coordinate with design teams contractors and client representatives to ensure alignment with project goals.

• Prepare and validate contractor and subcontractor schedules and cost reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or related field.

• 15 years of experience in project controls with at least 5years in a consulting firm.

• Proven track record working on high-rise residential projects in the UAE or GCC region.

• Proficient in Primavera P6 MS Project and project management software/tools.

• Strong understanding of FIDIC and local UAE construction regulations.
