About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive operational readiness and production support within a fast‑growing fintech environment. This role bridges business, product, and technology functions—ensuring seamless delivery across payment platforms, mobile applications, and digital services.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of fintech ecosystems, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to deliver programs that enhance stability, scalability, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Delivery
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex fintech initiatives across multiple domains (payments, digital platforms, mobile apps).
- Define milestones, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure programs are delivered on time and to scope.
- Drive coordination across Product, Engineering, QA, and Support teams to maintain momentum and alignment.
- Provide clear visibility through structured documentation, dashboards, and executive reporting.
Operational Readiness & Production Support
- Partner with Engineering and Operations teams to ensure new releases and updates are deployment‑ready.
- Track and analyze production incidents, response times, and service reliability metrics (MTTD, MTTR).
- Lead post‑incident reviews, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement actions.
- Implement processes and playbooks to strengthen system uptime, release readiness, and support operations.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships with external vendors, payment processors, and integration partners.
- Oversee SLAs, monitor vendor performance, and coordinate escalations and reviews.
- Ensure alignment with internal and external stakeholders to drive consistent delivery outcomes.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Act as the communication bridge between business, product, and technology teams.
- Facilitate decision‑making, issue resolution, and alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Support change management and operational rollout of new fintech products and features.
Skills & Experience
- 3-6 years of experience in program or project management within fintech, payments, or digital banking.
- Strong understanding of payment systems, transaction processing, and mobile platforms.
- Proven experience managing cross‑functional teams and vendors.
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel/Sheets, and project reporting dashboards.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth fintech environment.
