As a Program Manager specializing in Core Banking Migration in Abu Dhabi, you will take full operational, tactical, and strategic ownership of the entire transformation lifecycle from initial planning through go-live and hypercare. Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading complex TCS BaNCS or Temenos T24 migration workstreams, orchestrating cross-functional IT and banking teams, managing third-party vendor deliverables, and providing direct executive progress reporting to the CEO. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct large-scale, end-to-end Core Banking Migration and transformation programs from initial strategy through go-live.
