Job Summary

The Program Manager will lead and oversee multiple concurrent projects within the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business goals. This role is responsible for managing scope, budget, timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations. The Program Manager will guide a team of Project Managers and cross-functional leads to ensure the successful delivery of programs.

Job Description
  • Program Leadership: Drive large-scale transformation programs, ensuring they deliver measurable business value, align with organizational strategy, and are completed on time.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment of objectives and expectations.
  • Project Planning: Develop and manage detailed project and program plans, including milestones, risk mitigation strategies, and resource allocation.
  • Budget and Cost Control: Oversee program budgets and ensure financial accountability while achieving deliverables.
  • Team Management: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring strong collaboration, accountability, and delivery against project goals.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Change Management: Partner with relevant teams to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, systems, or structures.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to executive leadership on program status, risks, and key achievements.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure adherence to organizational standards, governance frameworks, and industry best practices.
