Cutting Edge in Dubai is seeking a Program Engineer to own the execution of structured AI training programs for enterprises on a 2–3 month contract.

You will build client-specific training decks, test AI tools, and configure the LMS for each client, coordinating workshops and delivering material on time.

Responsibilities

• Research, evaluate and test AI tools for client's real business use cases before workshops.
• Build client-specific training decks and learning material and validate with Program Manager.
• Configure the complete Learning Management System for each client, including modules, schedules, resources, banners, welcome posts, and forms.
• Run post-session checklist after every workshop (recordings, feedback, assessments, final decks, reusable assets).
• Support fast growth in income levels and skill levels.
• Expose to how enterprises like Dubai Health, DCM Shriram, Signature Global, and Raymond use AI.
• Receive mentorship from Ansh Mehra and team with global reach.
• Hands-on work with newest AI tools and platforms before industry widely released.

You have already done this kind of work, such as building decks, testing tools, or running project execution in an edtech environment.

High attention to detail, noticing broken links or off-brand slides before anyone else.

Strong curiosity about AI tools, with the habit of testing things yourself instead of trusting a landing page.

High agency behaviour, fixing problems, figuring things out fast, and finishing things on time without being chased.

Comfortable handling multiple client projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong written communication and clean documentation habits.

Responsibilities:

Research, evaluate and test AI tools for the client's real business use cases before every workshop.

Build client-specific training decks and learning material based on workshop outlines, and validate them with the Program Manager.

Configure the complete Learning Management System for each client, including modules, schedules, resources, banners, welcome posts, and session forms.

Run the post-session checklist after every workshop, covering recordings, feedback, assessment modules, final decks, and reusable assets.
