Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver undergraduate and graduate courses in Applied Sociology and related areas.

Job Description:

• Develop and deliver undergraduate and graduate courses in Applied Sociology and related areas of specialization.
• Evaluate and monitor individual student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve and sustain student success.
• Demonstrate the ability to teach a range of specialized courses in Applied Sociology and other courses related to the candidate’s academic expertise.
• Engage in high-quality, original research and publish regularly in peer-reviewed journals indexed in Scopus and Clarivate Web of Science.
• Supervise undergraduate student projects, field training, and graduate theses, and provide academic and professional mentoring.
• Support and contribute to curriculum development, program review, and course management in accordance with University standards and Commission for Academic Accreditation (CAA) requirements.
• Contribute effectively to college and university initiatives, academic committees, research activities, and constructive proposals and projects.
• Support and participate actively in accreditation, quality assurance, and program review initiatives at local and international levels.
