Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, engaging hairdressing education and technical training to clients and partners.
• Support the sales team by providing in-depth technical knowledge and education, contributing to business growth.
• Develop and implement journey plans to effectively manage and maximize education coverage across the Northern Emirates.
• Demonstrate and promote Wella Professional products, techniques, and services at industry events, salons and workshops.
• Support in converting new doors
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends, techniques, and product innovations.
• Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring loyalty to the Wella brand.

Requirements for the Role

• Minimum 5 years of hairdressing experience with a passion for professional education.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; capable of training diverse audiences.
• Ability to strategize and effectively journey plan within the assigned region.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, excellent verbal and written communication in both languages.
• Currently living in, or willing to relocate to, the Northern Emirates.
