Job summary

Apparel Group in Dubai is seeking a Production Assistant to support operators, assist with machine setup and cleaning, and help maintain GMP hygiene. You will work in a fast-paced environment, coordinate with the team to ensure smooth workflow, and adapt to peak periods with additional tasks as needed.

Responsibilities include cleaning, material handling, reporting hazards, and ensuring compliance with SOPs.

Qualifications

Basic understanding of production processes and equipment handling.
Ability to perform cleaning and material handling efficiently.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and overtime when required.
Knowledge of GMP hygiene standards is preferred.
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

Provide production support and assist operators during machine operations.
Help with machine cleaning and preparation before and after runs.
Support changeovers and maintain continuous production efficiency.
Maintain cleanliness of the production area and dispose of waste properly.
Sanitize tools and equipment to prevent contamination and ensure GMP compliance.
Inspect machines and production lines for readiness before start-up.
Report irregularities or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Coordinate with operators and supervisors to complete tasks on time.
Follow SOPs and company safety guidelines during operations.
