Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily plant operations, ensure production targets are met, and maintain safety, quality, and efficiency across all equipment and processes.

You will supervise the dryer, shredder, conveyor systems, and board cutting lines, generate daily reports, monitor process parameters, coordinate with maintenance, and enforce HSE policies to ensure consistent product quality.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising plant operations and teams.
• Knowledge of typical manufacturing equipment and safety policies.
• Ability to monitor process parameters and ensure quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of dryer, shredder, conveyor systems, thermal fluid heating system, and board cutting lines.
• Generate required daily reports as advised by the Manager.
• Monitor process parameters (temperature, flow rates, material throughput).
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ensure proper operation of hot & cold thermal fluid systems to avoid overheating or inefficiencies.
• Oversee safe material handling.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and enforce HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies.
• Maintain production logs, downtime reports, and shift performance reports.
• Ensure product quality standards are consistently met.
