Job summary

Hempel in the UAE seeks an entry-level production operator to join the paints production line, handling RM receiving, preparation, mixing, milling and filling. You will follow SOPs, ensure safety and quality standards, operate equipment and maintain records.

You will collaborate with operators, QC and supervisors to maintain product quality and clean working areas, while adhering to HSE policies; English proficiency is a plus. The factory is in Sharjah’s Al Saja Industrial Area.

Qualifications

• SSC/SSLC qualification (mandatory).
• Manufacturing industry experience required.
• Paint manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic operational and quality awareness.
• Teamwork and collaboration.
• Effective communication and coordination; English is a plus.
• Safety-conscious and quality-focused.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Reliable, disciplined and detail-oriented.
• Knowledge in forklift driving is an advantage.
