Job summary

Antal International, a global recruitment firm, is seeking a Production Manager with EBM and IM expertise for on-site operations in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on supervising and optimizing day-to-day production, ensuring safety, quality, and cost targets are achieved.

You will lead and develop plant teams, collaborate with quality and engineering, and implement Lean initiatives to drive OEE and efficiency across EBM and IM lines.

Qualifications

• 15+ years managing EBM and IM lines in manufacturing environments.
• Experience on high-speed rigid packaging production lines preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/industrial/CIPET plastics engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily production plans for EBM and IM lines to meet output targets.
• Monitor machine performance, cycle times and productivity.
• Drive lean manufacturing, OEE improvement, and waste reduction.
• Ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance to maximize uptime.
