A leading feed manufacturing company in Sharjah is looking for an experienced professional to oversee feed milling operations. Responsibilities include planning schedules, ensuring dosing accuracy, and maintaining compliance with quality standards. Candidates should have a relevant Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in feed milling with leadership skills. Proficiency in SCADA/MES and working knowledge of HACCP/ISO 22000 are preferred.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Plan daily/shift schedules from sales forecasts; align with procurement on grains, premix, additives.
• Ensure strict formulation compliance and dosing accuracy (macro/micro).
• Control end-to-end process: receiving, grinding (particle size), mixing (CV <=10%), conditioning/pelleting (PDI/fines), cooling/screening, liquid application, packing & dispatch.
• Drive HACCP / ISO 22000 / GMP+ practices, traceability, and batch records; coordinate mycotoxin/nutrient testing and product release.
• Own preventive maintenance with the team (mills, mixers, pellet press, boilers, compressors, conveyors).
• Lead and train operators; enforce PPE, LOTO, 5S, dust control, and incident reporting.
• Improve yield, reduce rework/shrink, and lower energy/steam per tonne; report OEE and downtime Pareto.

Skills

Bachelor’s in Feed/Animal Science, Food Tech, Mechanical/Industrial Eng., or related.

5+ years in feed milling (grinding–mixing–pelleting–packing) with team leadership.

Hands‑on with SCADA/MES, sieving, moisture/NIR, PDI testers; strong Excel/ERP.

Working knowledge of HACCP/ISO 22000; UAE experience preferred.

Strong English; Hindi/Urdu/Arabic a plus. Willing to work shifts/weekends as needed.
