Job summary

TECHNOCORE GENERAL TRADING LLC in Dubai is seeking a Production/Manufacturing Engineer to plan and monitor production schedules, ensuring material readiness, equipment and manpower for efficient operations.

The role requires an engineering degree and 3–5 years in production/manufacturing; Lean/Six Sigma certification is a strong plus. CAD and production planning experience is preferred to enhance productivity and quality across the line.

Qualifications

Bachelor's / Diploma degree in Engineering is mandatory.
A minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in production/manufacturing.
Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification is a strong advantage.
Experience with CAD software and production planning tools is desirable.

Responsibilities

Prepare and monitor daily, weekly and monthly production schedules.
Ensure availability and control of materials, components, tools and manpower.
Coordinate assembly, wiring and testing activities.
Monitor production progress and resolve bottlenecks.
Review engineering drawings, GA drawings and wiring schematics before production.
Implement lean manufacturing techniques to improve productivity and reduce waste.
Optimize production processes and workflow efficiency.
Coordinate with QA/QC teams to address non-conformities.
Implement corrective and preventive actions for recurring issues.
Provide technical guidance to technicians and assembly teams.
Troubleshoot manufacturing and electrical issues.
Ensure adherence to HSE policies and plant safety procedures.
Monitor safe operation of machinery and equipment.
