Job Description – Production Engineer

Location: Ras Al Khaima

Salary/Budget: AED 4000 to 8000 (Based on quality experience)

• Supervise day-to-day fabrication and assembly of Mobile Fuel Stations, fuel skids, tanks, and heaas per approved drawings, WPS/PQR, and QHSE standards.
• Plan and control manpower, tools, and materials to meet production targets with optimal cost and efficiency.
• Review design drawings and coordinate with Design & QA/QC teams to resolve fabrication feasibility issues.
• Ensure compliance with ASME/AWS welding standards, fabrication tolerances, surface preparation, and painting specifications.
• Monitor in-process inspections, dimensional checks, and testing as per ITPs and third-party requirements.
• Prepare production plans, job cards, and material forecasts in line with the master schedule; coordinate with Stores & Procurement for material availability.
• Enforce HSE, discipline, and housekeeping standards on the shop floor in compliance with internal policies and RAKEZ regulations.
