The positions will based in UAE and Kuwait and will report directly to theFranchise Manager (Innovative).The role will be responsible to achieve agreed sales, MS, productivity and performance targets within a given territory.

Your Responsibilities will be:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets (sales growth/market share growth) within agreed budgets and timescales.
  • Achieve agreed contact, coverage and frequency targets (Quantity & Quality) through face-to-face meetings and detailing the assigned HCPs and Pharmacists and deliver agreed customer centric activities within operating budget.
  • Drive the successful launch of a new specialty product by building awareness, creating demand, and engaging key stakeholders across key accounts.
  • Promote defined products according to campaign briefs and policies and appropriate use of Brand visuals (Detail aid, Brand Reminder, Medical Reference), in face-to-face meeting and detailing the assigned doctors and pharmacists and in line with campaign brief and policies approved by Franchise Manager.
  • Regularly visit HCPs in hospitals, medical centres to establish a strong scientific-based relationship and position Arcera as the Company of choice for the HCPs.
  • Contribute to defining and shaping the patient journey within key accounts by identifying barriers to diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up, and collaborating cross-functionally to address unmet needs.
  • Ensure targeted HCPs and KOLs receive timely, relevant scientific content, including clinical data, treatment protocols, and emerging evidence tailored to their practice needs.
  • Ensure outstanding personal and team knowledge, and understanding of priority products, technical information, product knowledge, strategy, positioning, key messages and marketing program.
  • Identify business opportunities within key accounts, analyze treatment trends and unmet needs, and develop tailored initiatives to unlock growth potential and enhance patient outcomes.
  • Understand and respond to competitive activities and initiate and recommend actions to counter‑act these in order to help protect our market position.
  • Participate in daily and/or weekly meetings to discuss the market situation, problems that were faced, and to appraise the activities versus the monthly KPIs.
  • Collect intelligence on the HCP Universe, e.g. identifying new contacts.
  • Monitor all competitor activities, medical conferences, and round tables and report it to management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with targeted HCPs and institutional stakeholders, while mapping and influencing decision-making networks across the patient care pathway.
  • Collaborate closely with medical, market access, and marketing teams to ensure aligned messaging, support scientific engagement, and contribute to shaping access strategies.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a relevant field.
  • 2-3 Years of experience in sales.
  • Outstanding sales acumen and business aptitude.
  • Excellent communication skills and influencing ability.
  • High degree of customer focus.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the specialty pharmaceutical business model.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Digital mindset and experience using omnichannel tools for HCP engagement and promotion.
