Job summary
D4 Insight in Abu Dhabi, UAE, seeks an experienced Product Owner to own the Integration Platform roadmap and backlog, prioritizing API, event-driven, messaging, and microservices patterns to support Core Banking modernization.
The role requires 10–15 years in banking tech, deep knowledge of Core Banking, and hands-on experience with API management, Kafka, cloud platforms, REST/SOAP APIs, and agile delivery.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in banking technology, integration, or digital transformation.
- Strong understanding of Core Banking platforms.
- Experience with API Management, Microservices, Kafka, Cloud Platforms, and Integration Middleware.
- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and modern integration patterns.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or OCI.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Solution Lead, Integration Lead, or similar role.
- Strong Agile delivery and stakeholder/vendor management skills.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the Integration Platform product backlog and roadmap.
- Drive API, event-driven, messaging, and microservices-based integration patterns.
- Collaborate with business, architecture, engineering, and vendor teams.
- Support Core Banking modernization, coexistence, and migration initiatives.
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery priorities.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, resilient, and aligned with enterprise architecture.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones.
