Job summary

Zoho in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Product Owner to own and prioritise the product backlog, align with programme goals, and define a clear product vision for the delivery team.

You will collaborate with BAs and tech teams to refine user stories, manage scope and priorities, and ensure requirements meet business needs; agile experience is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Product Owner experience or similar.
• Experience in data or systems migration programmes.
• Strong knowledge of data flows, integrations and notification platforms.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear requirements.
• Experience working with third-party vendors and technical teams.
• Familiar with Agile delivery frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring alignment with programme goals
• Define and communicate a clear product vision to the delivery team
• Collaborate with BAs and technical teams to refine and sign off user stories and acceptance criteria
• Act as the key decision maker for scope and feature prioritisation
• Engage business stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure requirements are fit for purpose
• Proven Product Owner experience in data or systems migration programmes
• Strong understanding of data flows, system integrations, and notification/communications platforms
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements
• Experience working with third‑party vendors and internal technical teams
• Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks
• Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels
