Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Product Manager – Administration & Governance to lead the strategy for enterprise administration on a shared platform. The role focuses on enabling self-service access, governance, and scalable controls for IT, security, and development teams in a fully remote UAE environment.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of Product Management experience in developer tools, infrastructure, or internal developer platforms.
• Experience building self-service products with strong developer experience while meeting governance and operational needs.
• Understanding of software builders’ needs and the responsibilities of teams managing enterprise infrastructure.
• Ability to reason about identity management, permissions, organizational boundaries, and usage attribution.
• Strong perspective on how AI agents are changing software development within organizations.
• Experience with controlled experimentation and data analysis.
• Hands-on product management with direct product usage from projects to configuring governance settings.
• Strong written communication and ability to work asynchronously in a fully remote team.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for internal innovation and enterprise adoption across teams.
• Make project creation and onboarding self-service for access and infrastructure without manual requests.
• Develop a unified company-wide administration experience showing projects, usage, and resources.
• Define ownership, delegated access, organizational boundaries, and team permissions for independent yet overseen work.
• Collaborate with platform, IT, security, and finance to translate enterprise requirements into identity, policy, audit, and spending controls.
• Establish the path from experimentation to production, evolving governance as applications become more critical.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to transform early implementations into scalable product experiences.
• Define success metrics and implement end-to-end product measurement to guide decisions.
