Job summary

Careem, shaping the Grocery segment within the Everything App, seeks a Product Manager II to own the supply chain features and inventory optimization. You will drive product discovery, validation, and execution with cross-functional teams to improve stock availability and customer experience.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, collaboration, and scaling of new features for a 30M+ user base, with a hybrid working model and a focus on impact across the Middle East region.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management with a focus on demand forecasting in fast-moving consumer spaces.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Comfort with Lean and Agile methodologies and fast iteration cycles.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with stakeholders and executives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete feature lifecycle from planning and OKRs to backlog grooming and sprint execution.
• Identify and develop new products and enhancements to boost conversion and orders per user.
• Help define a compelling vision, roadmap, and portfolio strategy for the product area.
• Clarify business requirements and validate them against user needs and technical effort.
• Communicate features clearly to stakeholders and serve as the main point of contact for inquiries.
• Use quantitative and qualitative data to form hypotheses, test assumptions, and reduce risk.
