A multinational medical technology company is seeking a Product Manager to support global digital strategic partnerships. The role involves evaluating opportunities, building business cases, and coordinating execution across markets. The Product Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the VP, Global Expansion Strategy & Commercialization in driving Mashreq's Digital Strategic Partnerships (DSP) initiatives globally.
The role will focus on evaluating opportunities, assisting in building business cases, supporting commercialization plans, and coordinating execution of DSP initiatives across markets. Acting as an execution and analytical support function, the Product Manager will help ensure that strategic partnerships and expansion opportunities are translated into commercially viable, scalable, and customer‑centric solutions.
Assist in building business cases for expansion and commercialization opportunities.
Provide commercial, financial, and operational analysis to support decision‑making.
Draft product requirement documents (PRDs) and support development of partner‑led propositions.
Track execution of commercialization plans and ensure deliverables meet partner and market needs.
Conduct research on fintech, neobank, and digital banking trends across global DSP markets.
Benchmark partner opportunities against competitors and emerging business models.
Maintain project dashboards and provide regular updates on timelines, risks, and deliverables.
Coordinate with internal teams (product, technology, compliance, operations) to support smooth execution.
Assist in identifying regulatory considerations for target markets.
Highlight risks and dependencies in commercialization plans.
Support VP in preparing reports, decks, and materials for senior management.
Act as a link between DSP product initiatives and internal functions to ensure alignment.
3‑5 years' experience in product management, finance, consulting, or financial services roles.
Strong finance background, with proven ability to build and interpret P&L statements, revenue models, and business cases.
Hands‑on experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
Good understanding of fintech, neobank, and digital banking ecosystems across multiple markets.
Exposure to digital product management, PRDs, and commercialization planning.
Ability to link financial outcomes with product features and partnership opportunities.
Strong communication and presentation skills; able to convey commercial analysis to both technical and business stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Technology required; CFA/MBA preferred.
