Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank FAB in Dubai is seeking a Senior Card Product Manager to drive end-to-end performance of our credit card products, delivering growth, profitability, and an excellent customer experience.

You will own the product lifecycle—features, pricing, positioning, and ongoing performance—launch and commercialize new offerings, and lead cross‑functional campaigns with Marketing, Finance, Technology, Operations, Risk and Compliance to ensure competitive, compliant propositions.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit cards, consumer banking, or retail lending.
• Experience in acquisition, product management, or sales performance.
• Experience supporting pricing, campaigns, and governance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery against the Cards annual plan including KPIs, revenues and risk and operational cost metrics.
• Support the planning and execution of the overall card product strategy.
• Manage the full product lifecycle including features, pricing, positioning and ongoing performance monitoring.
• Lead the development, launch and commercialization of new products and services that enhance customer value and drive business growth.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive product growth in collaboration with Marketing and in alignment with Portfolio and Acquisitions teams.
• Collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders Marketing, Finance, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance to deliver product initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory audit and internal policy requirements.
• Develop team capability through coaching, guidance and ongoing performance management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in credit cards consumer banking or retail lending preferably within the UAE or GCC
• Prior experience in credit card acquisition product management or sales performance management
• Experience supporting pricing campaign governance and regulatory compliance
• Bachelor s degree in Business Finance Marketing or a related field

Preferred Beneficial

• MBA preferred Experience in credit cards, consumer banking, or retail lending, preferably within the UAE or GCC.Prior experience in credit card acquisition, product management, or sales performance management.Experience supporting pricing, campaign governance, and regulatory compliance.Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.MBA preferred.
