Job summary

A leading investment bank in Dubai seeks a Product Manager – Alternatives to curate and manage investment products. The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of experience in alternatives investment or product management. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as proficiency in analytics tools. The position focuses on driving client engagement and managing high-net-worth clients' investment strategies.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in alternatives investment or product management with HNWI exposure.
• Proven track record in evaluating managers and strategies.
• Strong understanding of suitability and product governance.
• Familiarity with legal docs, side letters, and fund agreements.

Responsibilities

• Curate and manage the alternatives shelf across various products.
• Lead investment and customer due diligence, and ongoing monitoring.
• Manage allocations and subscriptions in consultation with client requirements.
• Enable distribution with RMs through training and client materials.
• Own GP and platform relationships and negotiate terms.
• Act as a client engagement partner and build partnerships.
