As a Product Manager, you will take ownership of a product’s end-to-end lifecycle, driving vision, strategy, and execution to ensure our solutions deliver tangible value to customers while aligning with Avertra’s long-term objectives.
Job Description
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and own the strategic product roadmap in alignment with Avertra’s mission and market opportunities.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify trends and shape product direction.
- Develop and communicate a compelling product vision, positioning, and value proposition to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.
Execution & Delivery
- Partner with Product Owners, Project Managers, UX, and Engineering teams to translate strategy into actionable plans.
- Define business cases, success metrics, and go-to-market strategies for new product features and launches.
- Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and with measurable impact.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for automation, simplification, and differentiation.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Act as the bridge between business, technology, and customers, ensuring all voices are represented in product decisions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive adoption, market penetration, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide thought leadership and training across teams to ensure consistent messaging and product knowledge.
- Partner with executives and stakeholders to report product performance, risks, and opportunities.
Customer & Market Engagement
- Actively engage with customers and industry stakeholders to gather feedback and validate product-market fit.
- Champion the voice of the customer, ensuring customer experience is at the core of product development.
- Support pre-sales and customer-facing teams with product expertise, demos, and strategic input.
