Nomod, a startup in Dubai, is looking for a Technical Product Manager to drive full-stack development and an AI-driven workflow. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Python and Django, alongside skills in React and experience working with AI agents to evaluate features based on user needs.

This role emphasizes managing complex asynchronous flows, architecting scalable APIs, and the ability to ensure feature reliability through automated tests and key metrics monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical product manager, evaluating features based on user value and scalability rather than just completing tickets.
• Drive the full‑stack development of features using Python/Django for backends and React/React Native for frontends, integrating AI agents such as Claude, Codex, and Cursor.
• Architect scalable APIs with Django REST Framework and Node.js, emphasizing high‑level security patterns (XSS protection, SQL injection prevention, and overall system integrity).
• Manage complex asynchronous flows, message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka) and webhooks to ensure seamless data movement.
• Move from product concept to deployed feature quickly by integrating AI workflows into CI/CD pipelines.
• Own the reliability of features by implementing automated tests and monitoring key metrics to detect bottlenecks and ensure quality and observability.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Python and Django, along with the ability to build reusable, scalable UI components in React and React Native.
• Active experience building with AI agents (e.g., Claude, Cursor) and enthusiasm for agentic workflows.
• Ability to design, audit, and refine AI‑generated code for security, correctness, and performance.
• Strong understanding of PostgreSQL/MySQL, asynchronous programming, and cloud infrastructure.
• Solid experience in authentication, authorization, rate limiting, and integration of third‑party tools via APIs or SDKs.
• Strong grasp of software engineering fundamentals, design patterns, and CI/CD version control workflows.
• Experience building reusable plugins, extensions, or modular systems.
• Nice to have: experience with Go for performance‑critical services, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for AI‑driven deployments, and background in building or fine‑tuning LLM‑based features.
• Background in Fintech or similar industries is advantageous.
