Job summary

Mintlayer is seeking a visionary Product Director to lead the Mintlayer Web Services (MWS) initiative, aligning the Go/JS web services with our Rust core node. You will bridge teams across backend, frontend and AI to enable developers to deploy scalable dApps on Bitcoin-based ecosystems.

You will own the roadmap, hire and mentor a multidisciplinary team, and work closely with business development to position MWS in the market, ensuring an exceptional developer experience with the Console and

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management
• 3+ years in Director/Head of Product
• Experience in Cloud, SaaS, or Fintech
• Strong Go (Golang) and JavaScript/TypeScript skills
• Deep understanding of UTXO model and Atomic Swaps
• Strategic vision and ability to roadmap execution
• Excellent written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Define MWS roadmap, product strategy, requirements and release cycles for Go/JS web services
• Hire and mentor MWS engineering team: backend, frontend and AI
• Bridge Rust Core Node and MWS product layers; enable cross‑team integration
• Collaborate with Business Development for quotations, onboarding and competitive analysis
• Ensure world‑class Developer Experience for MWS Console and SDKs
