Job summary

Brain Co. in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a passionate Product Designer to shape the visual and structural design of AI-driven software for enterprise and government environments.

You will lead end-to-end design efforts, collaborate with product and engineering, evolve the design system, and advocate for users while delivering scalable, usable solutions across our suite of products.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of professional experience in software product design with a strong portfolio.
• Proven experience designing visually appealing, workflow-oriented enterprise software.
• Excellent skills with design tools (Figma, Claude Design, Adobe Creative Suite) and prototyping (Rive, Framer).
• Strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and accessibility standards.
• Experience collaborating in fast-paced, agile, multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to justify design decisions.
• Prior experience in AI-driven or data-intensive software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design efforts, including UX research, interaction and visual design, prototyping, and testing.
• Experiment with AI design tools to define evolving design functions on product teams.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers and stakeholders to translate requirements into elegant solutions.
• Design sophisticated enterprise software experiences prioritizing usability, scalability, and aesthetics.
• Help establish and evolve the design system and guidelines for consistency and efficiency.

About The Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Designer. You will play a critical role in shaping both the visual and structural design of complex, AI-driven software products. Your contributions will directly influence the company’s trajectory and the success of our innovative product suite.

What Youll Do

• Lead end-to-end design efforts, including UX research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and testing.

• Experiment with new AI design tools like Lovable, v0, and more to define how Product Design’s function on product teams is changing.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into elegant, intuitive solutions.

• Design sophisticated software experiences tailored for enterprise and governmental environments, prioritizing usability, scalability, and aesthetics.

• Help establish and evolve the design system and guidelines to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency across all products.

• Advocate for the user, continuously seeking insights and data to iterate and refine our product experiences.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of professional experience in software product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating elegant solutions for complex enterprise software.

• Proven experience designing visually appealing, workflow-oriented products that significantly improve user productivity.

• Exceptional skills in design tools (Figma, Claude Design, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and familiarity with prototyping tools (e.g., Rive, Framer).

• Strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and accessibility standards.

• Experience working collaboratively in fast-paced, agile, and multidisciplinary teams.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.

• Prior experience in AI-driven or data-intensive software solutions is a significant plus.
