Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in Product Design / UI‑UX Design.
• Proven experience designing complex digital products or fintech platforms.
• Strong command of design tools like Figma or Sketch.
• Portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and visual excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design of digital products.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define user flows.
• Translate technical concepts into human-centered experiences.
• Conduct user research and usability testing.
• Develop and maintain a design system and component library.
• Ensure design consistency across platforms.
• Collaborate with engineers for high-quality implementation.
