Job description

Design interfaces that survive contact with real content, in two languages and two directions.

Full time On site Dubai, UAE Closes 07 Feb 2027

You would design the work we ship — marketing sites, dashboards, booking flows — and then sit with the engineer building it. We do not throw files over a wall in either direction.

Half our clients need Arabic. That is a design constraint, not a translation step, and we would want you to treat it as one from the first artboard.

What you would do

• Design client work from wireframe to production spec
• Sit with the engineer during build, not just at handover
• Extend our design system rather than working around it

What we need from you

• Three years or more designing web products, not just brand work
• A portfolio with at least one thing that shipped and is still live
• Comfort designing with real content, including the long strings

What you get

• Dubai office, five days
• Hardware you choose
• Time budgeted for the design system, not squeezed around projects
