About SUMWON STUDIOS

SUMWON STUDIOS is a fast-growing collective of direct-to-consumer fashion brands, including Missguided, Sumwon, BALR, Baby Phat, AiiRZ and KiZN. Our mission is to build bold, culturally relevant fashion brands that deliver elevated product, rapid execution, and a seamless customer experience.

Our photographic studios are at the heart of our creative and operational workflow. This is where new collections come to life – from product preparation and styling through to photography, content creation, and online launch. As part of the studio team, you will play a key role in ensuring fast, accurate, and high-quality product turnaround to support our high-volume weekly drops.

The Role

The E-commerce Product Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the seamless flow, accuracy, and organisation of all apparel product information within the e-commerce operations across all Sumwon Studios brands. This role manages the movement of new collections, product updates, and delivery details through internal tracking systems to support efficient studio operations and maintain on-time product turnaround in line with operational timelines.

Based within our photographic studios, you will be central to coordinating product readiness, photography workflows, and day-to-day communication across merchandising, supply chain, warehouse operations, and studio teams to ensure products move smoothly from delivery to online launch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle from inbound delivery to online readiness, ensuring all new stock is photographed, processed, and launched within seven days of arrival.
  • Manage the critical path for all apparel products, updating workflows, trackers, and timelines to keep e-commerce, merchandising, studio, and operations teams aligned.
  • Monitor inbound deliveries, in-transit shipments, and warehouse arrivals to plan and prioritise photography schedules with the operations team.
  • Ensure all products are unboxed, prepped, placed on rails, and clearly labelled by priority, identifying items that can be photographed immediately based on stock levels and launch urgency.
  • Work closely with supply chain, merchandising, warehouse operations, and photography and styling teams to coordinate smooth product handover and production flow.
  • Oversee outbound storage and organisation of photographed items, ensuring all pieces are clearly labelled, securely stored, and easily accessible for reshoots, brand campaigns, and seasonal refreshes.
What you’ll bring
  • A bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising, business, marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of two years’ experience in e-commerce, product coordination, or a similar role within the fashion or retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of apparel product structures, seasonal flows, and photoshoot planning.
  • Excellent organisational, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Confidence using e-commerce platforms, product management systems, or ERP tools.
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple teams involved.
  • Experience managing product readiness, critical paths, or photography workflows for fashion e-commerce (desirable).
  • Familiarity with inventory management, photoshoot scheduling, and digital catalogue processes (desirable).
  • A solid understanding of fashion collections, product life cycles, and online merchandising standards (desirable).
What we'll bring
  • 25 days of annual leave, increasing to 30 after your first year
  • 30% employee discount across all SUMWON STUDIOS brands
  • Ongoing learning and development opportunities
  • Company social events
  • The coolest colleagues you can find
