Job summary

Guildhall is seeking a Procurement Quantity Surveyor for a Dubai project. You will sit in the commercial team, owning RFQs, supplier and subcontractor comparisons, and purchase order sign-off on a live UAE infrastructure project.

The role offers hands-on procurement exposure, with live civil and infrastructure works, and close collaboration with site and project QS leadership on a Dubai-based project.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' UAE experience in a procurement QS role.
• Background with a main contractor or construction contractor.
• Hands-on RFQ, supplier comparison and purchase order experience.
• Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, civil engineering or related field.
• Understanding of construction materials and subcontract packages.

Responsibilities

• Issue RFQs and manage supplier and subcontractor quotation processes.
• Compare quotes and run cost analysis across materials and subcontract packages.
• Sign off purchase orders within a main contractor's commercial team.
• Support commercial evaluation on live civil and infrastructure works.

About the Role

Guildhall is running a search for a global infrastructure contractor delivering large-scale construction projects across the UAE This Procurement Quantity Surveyor will sit inside the commercial team owning RFQs supplier and subcontractor comparisons and purchase order sign-off on a live Dubai project The mandate is active now with procurement volume building as new supply and subcontract packages come on stream It s a hands-on seat for someone who wants procurement exposure on infrastructure work at genuine scale

The role
