Responsibilities:
- Manage all procurement and purchasing activities within the assigned portfolio.
- Ensure full compliance with the P2P process in alignment with Global Procurement guidelines.
- Maintain proactive coordination and communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Align procurement strategies with business goals and operational requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess demand and plan procurement schedules effectively.
- Conduct regular followups on open orders to ensure timely deliveries and manage rescheduling when needed.
- Carry out RFI (Request for Information) and RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes perform cost / value analysis and provide recommendations based on best value principles.
- Analyze procurement data periodically to identify and implement P2P efficiency improvement initiatives.
- Manage and resolve vendor complaints disputes and claims professionally.
- Scout screen and onboard qualified vendors in line with company standards.
- Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by your superior.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Procurement Supply Chain Management Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
- CIPS Level 3 or above CPSM or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
- Additional training or certification in contract management or project procurement is a plus.
- Experience in construction or engineering procurement with knowledge of formwork scaffolding structural steel MEP or civil materials.
- Familiarity with construction contracts incoterms payment terms and delivery timelines.
- Strong understanding of local and international supply markets especially in the Middle East and Asia Pacific regions.
- Knowledge of SAP / Ariba.
- Proficiency in RFI / RFQ / RFP processes vendor evaluation and tender management.
- Experience with compliance and risk management in procurement.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Proficiency in Power BI and strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
