Job description
Responsibilities:
  • Manage all procurement and purchasing activities within the assigned portfolio.
  • Ensure full compliance with the P2P process in alignment with Global Procurement guidelines.
  • Maintain proactive coordination and communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Align procurement strategies with business goals and operational requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess demand and plan procurement schedules effectively.
  • Conduct regular followups on open orders to ensure timely deliveries and manage rescheduling when needed.
  • Carry out RFI (Request for Information) and RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes perform cost / value analysis and provide recommendations based on best value principles.
  • Analyze procurement data periodically to identify and implement P2P efficiency improvement initiatives.
  • Manage and resolve vendor complaints disputes and claims professionally.
  • Scout screen and onboard qualified vendors in line with company standards.
  • Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by your superior.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Procurement Supply Chain Management Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
  • CIPS Level 3 or above CPSM or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
  • Additional training or certification in contract management or project procurement is a plus.
  • Experience in construction or engineering procurement with knowledge of formwork scaffolding structural steel MEP or civil materials.
  • Familiarity with construction contracts incoterms payment terms and delivery timelines.
  • Strong understanding of local and international supply markets especially in the Middle East and Asia Pacific regions.
  • Knowledge of SAP / Ariba.
  • Proficiency in RFI / RFQ / RFP processes vendor evaluation and tender management.
  • Experience with compliance and risk management in procurement.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
