Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead sourcing, purchasing, supplier management, and cost optimization across the company. The role focuses on ensuring the timely acquisition of high-quality products and services at the best commercial terms while maintaining strong supplier relationships and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business goals
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and terms
  • Oversee end-to-end purchasing activities RFQs, purchase orders, contracts, and approvals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers
  • Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, and product/service quality
  • Analyze spending patterns and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Collaborate with operations, finance, and inventory teams to plan purchasing based on demand, stock levels, and forecasts
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and industry regulations
  • Evaluate vendor contracts, service agreements, and renewals
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and procurement documentation
  • Lead a small procurement or purchasing team
  • Support risk management initiatives, including alternative sourcing and supply continuity planning
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Procurement, or related field
  • 5 -8 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, ideally within FMCG, retail, distribution, or manufacturing
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
