Job Title: Procurement Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • 15 or more years of experience as a Procurement Manager in the UAE, preferably in the construction industry
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure the best prices, terms, and quality for goods and services.
  • Track deliveries and coordinate with project manager, site managers, engineers to ensure materials are delivered on time and in full.
  • Track and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery to construction sites.
  • Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Received client inquiries, prepare quotations, LPOs invoices, delivery orders and letter
  • Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable, completing bank reconciliations.
  • Fluency in English is required;
  • Arabic proficiency is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with procurement software or ERP systems
