A leading business support firm in Dubai is seeking a Procurement Executive responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods and services. This role requires managing vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery and quality, and collaborating with internal teams. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in procurement, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2+ years in a similar role.
  • English, Hindi/Urdu language skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases.
  • Participate in the selection of suppliers.
  • Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers and pricing.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing.
  • Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and line manager.
  • Resolve vendor or contract-related grievances.

We are currently hiring a dynamic Procurement Executive responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods and services required by an organization. The role involves managing vendor relationship, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality and cost-efficiency, and collaborating with internal teams to meet procurement needs and support overall business objectives.

Key Accountabilities

  • Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchase of materials and services.
  • Participate in the selection of suppliers based on some criteria.
  • Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply options and pricing.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing and other relevant data.
  • Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts, ensure that products and supplies are of high quality.
  • Collaborate with the various stakeholders and the Line manager to complete tasks as needed.
  • Resolve vendor or contract-related grievances and claims against suppliers.

To Join our team, you will have:

  • A Bachelor degree is mandatory. FIDIC certification is desirable.
  • A minimum of 2+ years in a similar role.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
