Job summary

Net2Source Inc. in Abu Dhabi, UAE, seeks an experienced Procurement & Contract Section Head to oversee procurement, contract administration, supplier management and related operations. The role emphasizes strategy, governance, compliance, and value optimization across the full lifecycle.

You will lead procurement planning, supplier performance, and contract governance while mentoring the procurement team and ensuring adherence to HSE standards and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience in procurement and contract management.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role guiding teams.
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi procurement regulations and governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies focused on transparency and value for money.
• Manage the complete contract lifecycle: drafting, evaluation, negotiation, renewals and compliance.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to contracts, SLAs, and standards.
• Lead procurement planning, tendering and evaluation with internal departments.
• Develop and maintain SOPs/manuals for procurement, contracts and operations.
• Prepare and monitor procurement KPIs, cost savings and efficiency reports.
• Lead, mentor and develop the procurement and supplier management team.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies focused on competitive sourcing, transparency, and value for money.
• Manage the complete contract lifecycle, including drafting, evaluation, negotiation, renewals, and compliance.

Key Requirements:
