Job description

Borouge is actively hiring certified Process Plant Operators to manage live chemical reactions, conduct field inspections, and ensure zero HSE violations at the Ruwais Industrial Complex.

Core Responsibilities:

• Monitor SCADA control panels to regulate temperatures, pressures, and flow rates across the polymer production units.
• Conduct routine physical inspections of exposed pipelines, valves, and extrusion machinery in outdoor field environments.
• Execute immediate emergency shutdown procedures during sudden equipment failures to contain hazardous chemical leaks.
• Maintain highly accurate hourly logs regarding equipment performance and raw material consumption rates.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Clearance: Must hold a clean legal and financial record to qualify for the mandatory federal CICPA security pass.
• Experience: Solid background in petrochemical or oil and gas plant operations, specifically handling live pressure systems.
• Safety: Deep, practical understanding of lockout-tagout (LOTO) procedures and international HSE standards.
