Qualifications

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading manufacturing company based out of Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is looking to hire a Process Manager (LA) who will be responsible toto lead the production, process optimization, and scaling of our bio polymer manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader responsible for ensuring product quality, enhancing efficiency, and driving cost-effective production of Lactic Acid (LA) and related bio polymers.

Key Responsibilities

• - Production & Process Management: Oversee all production activities, ensuring high product quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with safety protocols.


• - Process Optimization: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in production processes. Implement continuous improvement methodologies to enhance yield, reduce cost, and improve product quality.


• - Technology & Scale-Up: Lead the scaling-up of bio polymer production from pilot to commercial scale. Manage technology selection and sign off on critical technical documentation.


• - Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance on polymer chemistry, LA production methods (direct poly condensation and ring-opening polymerization), and bio process engineering.


• - Compliance & Standards: Ensure all processes and products meet relevant industry standards (e.g., FDA, ISO, ASTM) and internal quality specifications.
